Any number of billing performance reports may be included in the client’s chosen portfolio.  Typically, this includes a Payment Report, Charge Report, Contractual Allowance/Write-Off Report, Split Revenue Report (in the event joint billing is performed), and Accounts Receivable Reports filtered by payor summary and per-account detail. 

Additional options may include collection detail reports, which itemize all activity performed on a claim and aid in the decision to engage a collection agency, along with monthly, quarterly, or annual summary performance reports. 

Currently, standard report portfolios are provided daily and weekly, with Accounts Receivable Reports supplied on a monthly basis.  As always, customizable portfolios are available at no additional cost.  Client Services will work with you to confirm exactly what reporting you require, and on what intervals these reports are to be delivered.
