Client Services Advisors
A Client Services Advisor (CSA) is responsible for all aspects of account oversight, including daily correspondence, fiscal trend identification, claim-specific problem resolution, financial reporting, research and strategic analysis, maintenance of provider file records, beginning-to-end provider enrollment management, client education, and being available for on-demand meetings either in person, via teleconference, or by video conference, depending on client preference.
